What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, phone number, email, your vehicle, and the tires or wheels you want. Deal requests are the same.
• Rim repair and custom work: the photos and details you send us for a price.
• Reviews: your name, the shop, your rating and what you wrote. Your review may show on the site once the shop checks it.
• Chats: the messages you send us in the chat window, and a name or number if you give one.

How we use it

Only to answer you: to send your quote, reply to your chat, and help with your order or install. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

The services that run the site store it for us: our website host keeps the site running, and our email provider delivers quote emails to the shop. Vehicle menus come from the U.S. government's public fueleconomy.gov and NHTSA databases. The year and make you pick are sent to them to fill in the menus. Your name and contact details are not.

Financing

When you apply with Snap Finance, American First or Acima, you're on their website and their privacy policy applies.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your chat so it's still there if you come back. We count visits to see how the site is doing, without cookies: we never store your IP address or anything that identifies you.
